1. Service Agreement & Scope
By commissioning software development, web design, logo branding, or cloud deployment services from DesignToDeploy (D2D), you agree to the terms outlined herein. All deliverables are built according to the agreed brief, technology stack (Next.js, React, Angular, WordPress, Shopify, etc.), and estimation.
2. Turnaround & Delivery Timeline
Our standard business website delivery turnaround is 3 to 5 business days for Starter and Business packages. Custom web applications and enterprise suites are delivered within 7 to 14 business days, subject to prompt client content provision.
3. Payment & Pricing (INR ₹)
All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) unless otherwise specified. A 50% advance deposit is required to initiate development, with the remaining 50% due prior to final production server deployment.
4. Domain, Hosting & Free 1-Year Offer
Packages including "Free 1-Year Hosting" and "Free Domain" cover 12 months of cloud infrastructure from the date of launch. Renewal thereafter is subject to current hosting rates or our optional ₹999/month managed maintenance plan.
5. Support & Guarantee
All projects include 30 days of free dedicated technical support following launch. Support covers bug fixes, technical troubleshooting, and setup assistance.
